Something brought you here today.

Maybe it's trauma that's followed you longer than you can remember, a brain that's never quite fit the world's expectations, or the quiet exhaustion of trying to figure out who you are while keeping everything else afloat. If you have ever felt like you don't quite fit — in your body, in your brain, in the labels the world handed you — you're in the right place.

I am Remy (she/her), a therapist who works with adults navigating trauma, cPTSD, mood disorders, ADHD, and queer and gender identity. I am a member of both the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities myself, and I bring that lived experience (and clinical training) into the room with us.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade as a massage therapist, yoga teacher, and meditation facilitator. That background shapes everything about how I work: I believe your body holds wisdom your words have not caught up to yet, and our work together will honor that.

My Approach

Therapy with me is collaborative, curious, and honest. I will not hand you a worksheet and call it healing. I am interested in the whole system: how your nervous system learned to protect you, how your patterns make sense given your history, and what it might feel like to slowly, carefully, try something different.

Who I Work With

You might be a good fit for working with me if you are someone who thinks deeply about yourself and your experiences, who is ready to engage in real work rather than surface-level solutions, and who wants a therapist who can hold complexity without flattening it. My best clients tend to be curious about their inner world, self-directed, and looking for progress: not a perfect outcome, but a genuine direction. I genuinely love the hard stuff. I am looking for people who want a partner in that process, who will show up fully alongside them.

I am honored to work with

  • Queer and trans adults navigating identity, relationships, and authenticity

  • Adults with ADHD and those who are neurodivergent in any form

  • Trauma survivors, particularly those with complex, relational, or developmental trauma

  • Anyone who has ever felt like they don’t quite fit the mold.

Healing is about reconnecting with your own innate wisdom and strength.

If something here resonates, I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. There is no pressure and no commitment, just a conversation to see if we might be a good fit. It would be an honor to walk alongside you.

My Approach

My foundation is person-centered, built on the core beliefs that you are the expert of your own experience and that healing flourishes in a relationship grounded in empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. I incorporate practical tools from:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns.

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to build skills for emotional regulation and navigating distressing moments.

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to cultivate psychological flexibility and help you live a life aligned with your values.
